Still I fight

I wonder as I wander

Unshaped mind

Bristling raw intelligence

Bursting with courage

Crushing disappointment

Fights redirected

At the altar

Fighting imagined spirits

Things

Floating in the nothingness

That my thoughts have become

Dreams

Solace in sleep

Hope in the unborn

Natures yet unformed

Lives unlived as yet

Still I wonder as I wander

Dare I still dream?
